The cheerleader again

So I agreed to a second date with the cheerleader. The evening we decided to meet it was pouring rain which makes my hair turn into a major fuzz ball. I tried to alleviate this with the hood on my raincoat but there’s not much to do after a certain amount of damp.

We decided to meet at a casual burger place. I got there really early so had time to run into a store, buy something, run it back to my car and still be at the place early.

When he arrived, he comes upon me viewing a funny post on Facebook and I am laughing. He makes a comment about my smile.

We order and then go upstairs to eat and chat. It’s light and friendly.

Then we decide to walk around in the rain and eventually cross over from the Metreon building, through the Yerba Buena gardens area and over to the spaces behind Moscone and go watch people bowl.

The evening was very low-key. It’s light, it’s fun and we laugh a lot.He tells me about a friend doing disco roller skating and I exclaim about how much fun that sounds.

That is going to be our next date. Eventually we walk back to the parking garage and our cars and get to mine first.

He hugs me and then kisses me goodbye. The short peck becomes a longer batch of kisses and then we part ways while he is announcing – kissing is fun!

He is still short but with flats, it might be a possibility.
