Drinks dinner and dancing to salsa and Afro Cuban music at the Cigar Club. On the fence about this person but he kisses great and he is an amazing dancer – super turned on but having some reticence with the desired monogamy and the out of type. This leads me to question why I am attracted to certain people and not others and whether physical looks or race really matters if personality is a fit. 

Saturday night with a friend at an event. The guy who was directing the photography at the last event was there and was flirting with me – drive by mini comments and then giving me champagne. Then a few secret words and then kissing and hugging and kissing. He asks for my card which I don’t have so we discuss me contacting him via the website. He walks us out and kisses me some more. Super surreal. Come home and look him up on Facebook and send him a message – akin to drunk dialing – drunk messaging. 

After brunch and the gym I meet someone new in the mission. Not sure at first about him but as we talk we really connect and flirt and then he kisses me and then a little bit more. He calls this a meet and greet and not a date. This is the precursor to whether or not we will do a proper date. I seem to pass the test and we talk and flirt and kiss a little bit more. Our time is up and we walk together to BART – say goodbye kiss and hug one last time and he is off and I am on the bus home. 

I will see him again but not sure when as we didn’t discuss the next day or rather the first real date but it’s going to be a wild ride. 

And tonight the event guy texted me back – vague but I think I may need to respond with some real action items.
